Strange what some people get upset about:
"DALLAS – A man was removed from an American Airlines flight bound for D/FW Airport after he was upset by a gate agent's holiday greeting.
According to American Airlines spokesman Josh Freed, a gate agent at LaGuardia Airport in New York was exchanging "Merry Christmas" pleasantries with passengers as they boarded the plane when one passenger objected.
When that passenger boarded the plane, he demanded that a flight attendant give him the gate agent's name, and according to Freed, began causing a disruption over the incident.
The flight attendant then told the captain what was happening, and the captain made the decision to remove the man from the flight. The man was allowed on a later flight from LaGuardia to DFW.
Freed said he believes this was an isolated issue with one passenger and that American Airlines did not issue directives to employees to ease up on the "Merry Christmas" greeting."
