For the ladies - anal beads or but plugs??

My girlfriend is interested in anal play. She enjoys fingers and is ready for a little more. That being said, what do y'all prefer? I'm leaning towards buying her a small plug but wanted some input from some of the ladies on here. So, what's your pleasure?

Plugs and beads offer totally different sensations. It's as much about the texture, shape, material, temperature, etc as it is the size. A small plug or dildo is probably the best intro to ass play, but don't stop at one toy, try different things until you figure out what you like. And of course, you can like more than one thing.

Glass toys are a good start too. They have different sizes and textures, but the glass itself is smooth and easier to insert, but is also hard enough to insert without a problem.

You could buy her a small plug a little bigger than your finger and the beads. That way she has a choice and it's not too overwhelming. Then suggest if she doesn't like them, maybe she could go with you and pick it out. That might take things to a whole new level.

I've found that men and women have a love it or hate it relationship with glass. Myself and Tammie are quite the fans, but I've had numerous complaints about it being too rigid, so I wouldn't recommend glass as a beginner toy, but definitely try it sometime down the road as glass in the ass is magical.
