If its the name-calling, wasn't there some kind of discussion on that where they let it go if both sides were comfortable going at it? Or am I completely misremembring that?

It is my understanding that the mods don't discuss disciplinary actions against a member so don't hold your breath for an explanation. I do confess to hitting the RTM button, for the first time ever, after Tits' second threat to magically be able to have Leo bust providers and bring down TOS.
