Wanted: Website Design/Hosting

I am looking for a 3 page website, nothing fancy. One page will simply be a gallery. Looking for hosting as well. Don't want my name, credit card associated with it. Is this possible? If not, I'm okay with free blog type websites (Wordpress etc) so anyone with working knowledge of these would be great. Feel free to PM info and rates.
