Accomodations for Sat. the 13th

So I am flying back to NoLa on Sat. and ahhh!!! the hotels are all $250-$300!! Does anyone know of a user friendly B+B situation, or how to side step the weekend hotel rates? I am really good with hotwire, know all the internet sites, but I hate to shell out that kind of dough. I'm just not finding anything.
Won't have a car this time so out of town is not an option.
Any suggestions?

Thanks so much, everyone. I am staying with one of the lovely ladies tomorrow (ok, guys, don't get too carried away with the visuals!) and then am set up in the Quarter for the rest of my trip.
You guys are so awesome! I mean, just so hospitable. One very generous gent even offered to use his points and get me a room at the airport!!
