My pictures didn't load into my Provider Ad this week.

It was brought to my attention my photos didn't load into my Provider Ad this week. What am I allowed to do at this point to try to add my pictures? Thanks in advance!

You posted an ad today in the Weekend Line up. The photos are in that ad. There isn't a problem with that ad

The ad you posted in the provider ad section on 1/6/15 did not show photos. The code you used is the problem. Too many days have passed to allow it to be edited. Such request should be made the day of the initial posting
