COB is a health risk?

After a particularly shitty afternoon I decided to use some of my money (which I've been trying to save as of late) to try and end it on a good note. I spent 30 mins with Jessie's new girl "Sweet Beauty". I asked what was off limits was a little dissapointed at the lack of options, but didn't make a fuss and tried to make the best of it. When I went for COB she jumped back and said "You can't do that hun!" -Everything- came to a screeching halt. As I cleaned up I asked if she just doesn't like it and she said it was a health or safety issue. The way I understand it COB is pretty safe. She apologized, as did I, and I also let her know I've yet to talk to a girl who veiwed it that way and advised her I probably wouldn't be the only guy to make the same choice.

Anyone else ever heard of COB being a safety concern?
never heard that before. Most girls I have been with have been fine with it as long as it stays away from the kitty cat

Is that BOOBS, BUTT, BACK or BIG TOE lol? I'm assuming back. I would not think ANY of those parts is a risk unless as oenghus says....it ventures toward catland.
tia Ive mainly painted the front on the boobs or face.

I have always interpreted COB as Cum on Breasts. Correct me if I have it wrong. LOL

I do it all the time and I dont percieve it as a health risk at all if there are so open sores in that area. I mean, common sense really.

I've heard this response as well.

I think most of the time, they are saying it as a means of upselling, hoping that you will offer an extra tip if they do it. Usually they'll say something like 'I only do that on special occasions...'

However, the response in your case sounds like she thinks its gross and unsafe.
I think the only time it would be unsafe is she had a cut where ever you wanted to drop your load.
