Probably not. I can see a couple of errors in my dev console when fetching CSS resources. The server is responding with a 404 (file not found). Likely either the file was renamed on the server or there is a bug when the server generates client HTML (if that's how they do things).

It looks like a file or two from the website's skin/branding may have accidentally been deleted, or the style sheet got screwed up and isn't calling on something that it should. Website will be funky till that is corrected.

tried 3 different browsers, layout is screwed up. The cellphone version is fine though.

Yea, different browses did not help. Looks to be a site issue after all.
