No, but if there was a contract in which you agreed to repay the third party, then they are entitled to collect The clerk won't be collecting per se, and no bench warrant will be issued unless the third party files a claim and unless you fail to appear to any summons that results from that claim.

And, is the case entirely over? Or, do you still need to see the judge? Can you look up your case on-line and see what the status is?

In my neck of the woods, bail bonds (promise to appear) can be revoked, regardless if they are credit, cash, etc. I know folks in the bond industry.
