Turned off by ink.

I've been browsing showcases of local providers in my area, of the 131 providers listed I have absolutely eliminated 125 because of one thing - ink.
NOTHING turns me off like seeing an otherwise beautiful woman covered in tats. And I don't think I'm alone with those feelings.

You are not alone, but it is largely a generational thing. And since most the ladies are far younger than I am, ink is a reality of their generation.

Only you can tell how important it is to you. For me, I would prefer less of it, but if is far from a critical issue to me.

Some ladies who are proud of theirs have even taught me about how to tell a little about it. I certainly am turned off by bad, crude ink but the reality is if I made it a hard and fast eliminated I would have missed out on meeting some awesome young ladies, and missed out on some incredible dates.

I guess you're right about it being a generational thing. Of the six remaining only one is younger than 30. All in all, their mothers looked better - tenfold.

While the subject of the thread has been fried-to-done on both sides, the OP did provide some interesting new information. It drew my attention. That's the purpose of the board. Goodbye.

I can understand not being a fan of tattoos. That said, you could be missing out on wonderful experiences because of your aversion and refusal to overlook it. That's your right, though. I'm tattooed and am sure there are gents that don't see me that would if I were ink-free. But, I don't live my life for others. I do what makes me happy and if non-tattooed ladies are what make you happy, then good for you

This topic comes up at least every 2 months or so.It is a personal choice to both have ink or not and see ladies or not with ink.I personally like nicely done ink myself and more than once have selected providers because they were inked. To each his on but you will miss out on some fantastic ladies if you chose your dates based solely on you dislike of ink.

Forty is the new thirty.

300 (pounds) is the new 200.

One kid is the new virginity.

Tat-free is the new (help me out here)....

I must add that I really enjoy the company of Scrumpious Zoe. And she has a LOT of tats. But in her company are really not that noticeable as other things are on my mind! If ya know what I mean?

As for the OP, moderation in all things. I see a person covered in ink and I suspect I see a person that doesn't feel worth being looked at otherwise. But to not see them at all might not allow me to know.
I actually just got turned on to ink by seeing the girls on the "suicide girls" website...hot as crap! My only concern is to check if a girl is "hiding" something with the ink. But, if it is done for artistry, I'm ok now.

Ink or no ink is not just a gentleman's preference, if it's a case of 'too much ink', ( which obviously will vary from gentleman to gentleman), it can be a buzz-kill of the worst order.
My preference is 'no ink', I see ladies with ink, but in all cases they would look better 'to my eyes' if they had 'no ink'. Thank you, I'm putting up my soap box now.
