North Austin is very pleasant to live in, i loved the area when I lived there, plus it's not far from the arboretum area if not part of it, the rent is higher but your very pretty and don't see that being an issue sweets. Some areas in south are good to, to me south had lower rent but idk could changed in the past year. I would say north for the school district but not to sure on that. I used to live on the jolly ville area when I first moved there and on Taylor drive, it was very nice.
Suggest Northwest ATX, near the Domain and the Arboretum area. Not because it's close for me to visit, but there are a lot of upscale apartment complexes with great shopping available nearby, as well as many mongers naturally flock to the area because that is the epicenter of the Austin Hobby these days.

Stay out of Williamson County and Round Rock. Avoid anywhere near the I-35/US-183/US-29 triangle area and the I-35/Rundberg area because of high crime in the general area and increased LE activity for property crimes, crimes against persons, etc.

You may also wish adjust your hourly rate to $250 since that seems to be the sweet spot for quality ladies in this market. Some travelling ladies will charge $300/hr and wonder why they don't get much business.

Yes, you will get some clients at $300/hr, but many mongers will not visit you at that rate as there are a number of high-quality, local ladies here and they mostly charge around $250/hr. You will see many providers listing $300/hr, but they have special rates for their regulars and often do review specials. The few providers that I know of who regularly charge $300/hr are doing so to reduce their number of appointments and in some cases, discourage newbies from calling.

I hope you enjoy your visit to Austin--"The Sex-Crazed Capital of Texas" (R)

If you are looking for an incall away from where you live that would be one of your better places to live.
I will check some of those places out when arrive

Williamson County seems like a good place to live until the local jack booted thugs find a reason to come after you. You don't necessarily have to be actually doing anything.

Be sure to get a map that shows county lines because some parts of Austin are in Wilco and you don't realize it. It's particularly confusing if you go out 183.

There's some info at the top of the Coed forum about Williamson Co and Austin neighborhoods.

Traffic in Austin is the worst and not getting any better.
High cost in time, money and patience.
Rents get lower in the North or south burbs, but it won't work out if you have a commute.
Schools depend on your kid(s) age. Austin has some great High School programs, and again, my favs are Central and South.
Westlake Schools are rated very high, but so are the rents, and personally I don't like the vibe.
2222/620/Lake Travis might be a good place to live, work, play and go to school. Unless you commute to Austin.

Did you notice that every suggestion started out "Avoid Williamson County"?
Just sayin, and you look like a great addition to Austin.
