Ok, I'll play. I may be the prude here, perhaps lacking in imagination. I counted 66 that I know for sure. Some positions just naturally evolve during play and you don't really think of them as a separate position, so could be more. Many seem to be variations on each other and transition positions.

But, what do I know? It's all fun. Some of them require some gymnastics that are something that might require an ER visit afterward, or at least a trip to the chiropractor. But, I'd arrive with a smile on my face.
