It often refers to a lady of mixed races. Other times it hints at unconventional sensuality that is short of fetish quality. But generally it is phrase that sounds good but adds very little real info about a provider.

Black

At least here in ATL where the supply of women of color is huge (& typically command a lower price than their fairer skinned colleagues, all things equal), "exotic" is one of a number of terms used to describe one's self with out actually saying "Black" or "African American."

It seems to vary with region. It used to imply some amount of "not what you usually see here", but now it has lost any real meaning. It is the equivalent on "new and improved".

Lower rates.
