Who are the bbbjcim providers?

A year or two ago, fun2come posted this as a topic and compiled a very helpful list for the hobbyists (like me) who were looking for ladies providing this service. Given the amount of turnover in the ladies and the fact that P411 stopped listing CIM as an activity due to some change in Canadian Law, I thought it might be helpful to see if we can revive and update this info. If memory serves me correctly some ladies chose to reply directly to the thread and some did so via PM. There was also a classification split for those that were NQNS vs CIM but spit. It seems like lots of guys are into bbbjcim - but who are the ladies who can satisfy this group of mongers?

From recent experiences these are BBBJCIM and NQ - can't remember BS or NS, but that is YMWV anyway

This is a good list, though I think there were a bunch more responses from the ladies when f2c did this before.
