I am thinking of setting up like the NCAA Basketball "Sweet 16". Where we vote on who gets the highest seeding going into the tournament.

Lets say you have this Russian buzz cut tattooed barebacker facing off against a uber fat foul mouthed anal princess in the first round. The winner moves on to the second round to face a pock marked black footed hoodrat. Etc, etc.

The top three winners will be awarded Blue, Red & White ribbons depicting their standing as the three biggest Skanks in Austin.



And the winner gets the award to wear proudly on any future ThreADS.


The Winner will have a mural painted on the side of the downtown homeless shelter, with her working handle above it. It will further be entered into the national archives as a historic event.



Former winners of the Austin Skank Award get together many nights to review the skanky acts they performed to win the coveted title
