I've spent parts of 3 of the last 4 days walking around TPC San Antonio (and no I didn't get a good tan). I found myself thinking about the hobby randomly on Friday. As I walked around the course, right past some rich fuckers, I wondered if they participated in hobbying or not.
But I'll ask the ladies...do you see any extra business during events like the Texas open? Have you been in other cities during special events like NCAA regionals, NBA all-star games or even the Superbowl? Did business change at all this week from the Golf Tourney?

I would have to say that visitor traffic picked up in the provider ads section here in SA during the NBA Finals, SXSW, the Rodeo and espeicially the last time when the Final Four was in town. I can imagine visiting gents look for locals they might wanna catch while in town also. Would be interesting to see though.

YES it mostly picks it up but some special events slows it down Like Madi Gras depends on what city and what the event. But it almost always increases LE. All Star Weekend SUper Bowl LE is higher than ever for this business Just been my experience. WOnder how it is at Fiesta time here which is just a few days away
