Hi ladies would anyone be interested in an incall CO OP?

Thats right an apartment or similar shared by the ladies interested. . An electronic schedule you could use to determine a schedule with some rules of course. . Has this been tried any interests in this?

I had thought about this at one time and had been asked by some San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas girls if I would lease an apartment and allow travelling and local ladies to to use it for a fee while here to make some money. I had to think hard on a few things then decided NOT to do it.

Will your name be on the lease, utilities?
Will the apt be in a location where neighbors will see the influx of girl and guys coming in at all hours? Not just the actual complex location but the location in the complex of the apt being used.
What about damage to the apt or furniture? Who will take care of linens, towels, toiletries and those stains on the walls and carpets that CSI uses a Black Light for.
What if they do forbidden subject things inside or on a porch/balcony and someone calls LE? Who will be the one to get popped other than the girls?
Do you want to be seen as a pimp/madame running a whore house? A few gals who have treid this have been bit. A few make a good extra income with their door fees as if it's an agency.


With my luck, the 1st month I'd be busted and the next month this would be the view in my new apt with the local Jail.

I wouldn't think Id care about a door fee or making any $$ on the deal myself... Id love to have the use of something like this with select screened ladies. They would be responsible for a certain number of clients to pay the rent and bills etc.. Should be a win win for all of us.. Anyone in the Real estate biz out there? Austin and San Antonio???
