Outing a Trannie

Hypothetical: Assume you confirm that a trannie is holding himself out as a female provider (and doing a good job of it). Clearly unethical, misrepresentation, deceit, and f***ing uncool.

Out him? if so, in "Alerts" section?

If you feel it applies as an "issue which could endanger the safety of a member or members of our community", you could make it an alert. But you'd probably get more visibility and attention in Coed Discussions.

If the person has Verified Provider status here, you'd want to let us know privately (by RTM / PM / email) first so that we can take the appropriate actions to remove access to the lady-only areas, etc.

thank you. This was a hypothetical, and I cannot confirm. Suspect is not a Verified Provider. There has been sporadic chatter here about the Suspect. My concern is two-fold: (a) this is a dishonest business practice, and hobbyists should be alerted, and (b) Suspect puts himself at risk of an ass-whoopin' (or worse) if outed during session by the wrong guy.

I'm not comfortable identifying the Suspect (though a number of you know of whom I write), insofar as I do not KNOW for certain, and I do not wish to expose myself to a defamation action.

nothing is anonymous anymore. Anyone can sue anyone, at any time, for good, bad or no reason. Winning a case against an empty pocket is a LOSS. Just being careful.
send me a pm
little curious if were thinking of the same person

Let everyone know before someone finds out and does something to hurt it and goes to jail.

keeping information that could put others here at risk is the real travesty in these posts... What was the nature of your question after all?
I don't really see what a TRANSGENDER person would have to gain by trying to trick you into a session. Do you? I seriously doubt there is a line of chicks with dicks around the block to fool you into fucking them for a donation. Especially when you use phrases like "Trannie/Tranny" or "It" to describe them.
Well if the ad states that they are in fact a TS then to each his own, however if the ad makes no mention of that fact then I wouldn't go so far as to call it an alert; it is more like a bad review with deceit being the root cause. Now if the TS got violent with you or robbed you somehow then that would be an alert.
A man posing as a woman is most definitely a security risk on numerous levels.

First of all it amounts to robbery at the very least if you show up expecting a session which could never have happened.

Secondly I can easily imagine multiple scenarios where it could easily turn violent if some guy dupes you into a sexually compromising situation.

Then there's the psychological damage of pulling your pants down only to find it's a guy sucking your dick.
Psychological trauma can be far for damaging than any physical confrontation.

The whole defamation concern seems pretty retarded.
If you know of such an individual why can't you simply post a thread in coed publicly inquiring as to the gender of said individual?
An inquiry is nothing more than that. You're asking rather than stating and no one can hold you accountable for being curious.

I don't remember ever seeing a post that the Trannie attempted to disguise, or deny who they were genetically.. this whole thing seems to be a tempest in a teapot.. easy enough to pass them by, but I'd be surprised if anyone making a date, would be doing so because of being misled.

Trannie, as I used term, meant transvestite.
