Well each woman is different. I love a stimulating conversation, a nice dinner, sci-fi geek. I love a smart man.
Passion is important too. I love a good kisser.

Not only is every woman different, but our moods may also determine what turns us on.
There are times when just the thought of sex turns me on, there are also other times when I would rather have a nice conversation, a glass of wine or a meal with a respectful guy. I almost always enjoy kissing and touching. Sometimes feeling a guy respond to me is what turns me on or it could be the way they touch me. Some guys wear just the right scent, whether cologne, aftershave or soap, etc. And some overdo it.

There are just too may variables to say it's just one thing.

To answer FistofDollars revised question, IT IS ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS! (I am just kidding).

Men are relatively easy to figure out. Feed then, fuck them, let them hang out with their buddies every now and then, but make them want to come home to you each night.

Women will always be a mystery to men. We operate on many different "emotional" levels, while men operate on 3 things (sex, food, sleep) and they will give up the last two for the first, LOL.

Women like it when men listen, but it is more than just "listening", we want to be "heard", and that really translates into we want you to "feel" what we are saying. We want you to feel the emotions behind our words. Genuine active listening, that evokes a genuine emotional response will get us going. (Can you actually shed a real tear?)

On the other hand, we don't want a bawling baby, LOL.

Are you "manly", know what you like, and a strong, take charge kind of guy? That can be a turn on, but don't be a bossy, mean, controlling kind of guy, unless you are going to bend me over and "show me" what it means to be your woman, as you pull my hair and spank my ass, unless I don't want that or you are too controlling while doing that or I am not in the mood for that. LOL

For me personally, I like it when a man is strong, but I also want him to know when to be gentle.

I can be feisty, and a man has to know how to handle me, without being told.

Money (outside of the hobby) is not a turn on for me.

I want a gentleman who is confident, employed, can afford to take me to a nice place and who will buy me thoughtful things now and then. But thoughtful does not mean expensive. Some flowers, some of my favorite candy or wine or anything unexpected is great.

And I don't have to go anywhere. Going to the movies and sitting in the dark is fun, but Netflix or Redbox at home on the couch alone can be just as much fun. The key is to mix it up and don't take anything for granted.

Make the time in your schedule for me. Turn off that phone and put it down when we are together.

Don't get into a rut.

Don't take us for granted.

Surprise us (but then expect us to question you as to "what did you do?" or "why did you really do this?")

Compliment us.

Don't complement what other women look like or dress like to us or in front of us. Save that for guys only talk. (We are allowed to do that though, as well as make comments about men)

Listen to us (and by listen, I mean "feel" what we are saying)

When you listen to us, do NOT automatically go into the "fix it" mode. Sometimes, heck most of the time, we are not wanting you to fix it, we want you to feel our words and simply let us vent. Hug us when we are done venting and then feed us chocolate or wine.

Understand that we change our minds. That is normal and to be expected. You are not allowed to change yours, though.
