I am requiring 3k down, plus the first months payment of 1k. 4k up front total, then 14 payments of 1k a month. The total price of the vehicle is 18k and you are responsible for paying your own taxes when you transfer the car into your name at the end of the 14 month term (taxes will be right around 1k or just under).
I have an attorney whom will prepare all the legal documents for us.
To qualify you must live in Houston and have a lease in your name. I also need a light bill, a phone bill, 4 months of bank statements [with no NSF], a SS card, a TDL and you will need to get full coverage insurance and keep full coverage insurance.
