Periscope app

There is a new (or new to me) named Periscope. The app allows users to live stream video via twitter with your phone. I'm sure that there may be some delay, depending upon the user's connectivity.

I wonder how long it'll take for fucktards and hooktards to use the app to infringe on one another's privacy?

In essence a fucktard and his buddies can live-stream a session with a hooker.

She may decide to stream this to her pimp just in case the trick gets out of hand, or they are running a scam.
