The system is showing that it is
waiting for email confirmation.
Did they make any changes to their profile such as email address or password? When such settings are changed the system sends an email containing instructions on how to confirm the changes. Until those instructions are followed, the system will restrict the account and it will behave exactly as you have described. For further assistance they may contact the Admins directly by email at
