Ladies are having problems with the account, pop up comes up and says she does not have access.

The system is showing that it is waiting for email confirmation.

Did they make any changes to their profile such as email address or password? When such settings are changed the system sends an email containing instructions on how to confirm the changes. Until those instructions are followed, the system will restrict the account and it will behave exactly as you have described. For further assistance they may contact the Admins directly by email at websupoport@eccie.net or by using the Contact Us link that appears on the left of most ECCIE pages. I will also put it below.
