How can someone reply to someone when a notification pops up telling you the recipient cannot receive messages because they've exceeded the maximum count and they need to delete? 😒

You can click on their profile link and choose the Contact option. Send an email if that's available. You could also make an new thread with the title including the person's name telling them to empty their box and contact you but that's not preferred.
