Manhattan hotels are very expensive...that is one reason I postponed my trip till later in summer.
But Topeka hotels seem to be reasonable

My favorite part of traveling is finding new restaurants that you just wouldn't find in KC. I open to suggestions!

The Regency Inn in Manhattan is $62 plus tax,and the Royal Inn is $55 plus tax.Just in case you make it to Manhattan.Junction City is a good choice for cheaper rooms.

I always eat at Hog Wild on 21st when in Topeka,cause i like BBQ.They tell me there is a better BBQ joint at the corner of 21st,and Topeka BLVD,but i never seem to get there when it's open,so don't know how good it is.
