It's not Austin. Very snobby part of town. Very corporate, sure there are plenty places to shop & eat, but just about every store and resturant is one that you could find in any city. Austin has always prided ourselves on being a weird trippy town and that culture is still very strong here, If you have time to get out, check out South Congress, South Lamar, Hyde Park, and E. 6th St. you'll get a better idea of how the real Austin is. The Domain is a pretty popular hobby spot so I'm sure you'll do fine business wise. Good luck, hope you enjoy your stay here
