Help!! Where do I stay??

I'm coming up and need some help on where I should stay while I'm there. Also, if anyone could point out some cool places to go out to or eat at while I'm in town. Thanks everyone for any help you can give me.

Seriously. Des Moines is pretty easy. Any of the reputable places right off the interstate loops will should be fine.
