If it was proprietary in any sense to that regards there are other, legal, methods they could have employed. Formal complaints and investigations not only get what you want, but in shaming the other front office and franchise.

Oh no, he invented the program interface while he was there, no one disputes that. We don't care that he took the program with him. But anyone who doubts that he took the contents of the database that program used when he left is either a fool, or doesn't know Lunhow...he's the Belichick of MLB...extremely talented, but the world's biggest prick.
