Email the administrators at websupport@eccie.net from the email address that you used to register to the site. Let them know what happened. It may take a while before they send you a reset password request.
I have reported your issue to the Admins. They should take care of it. Be on the lookout for an email to be sent to the email address you have in your ECCIE profile. Follow the instructions within it to complete the reset and you should be all set.
