Need Advice

I haven't gotten busted. I'm expanding my business to add a streamlined leadgen service for attorneys; and I'd like to know if my offering is as relevant as i believe it is.

I've only got few questions, so if someone could msg me, that'd be great.

For this site?
No. Just general lead generation and conversion.

Doesn't really seem like the appropriate forum. You don't have a legal question, you are trying to sell a service to attorneys and want them to help you build the business.
I Don't need help building. I have a question as to whether or not I'm where i need to be on my offer. I asked in this forum because (I would assume) the attorneys on the board would visit this section.
But I'm not here to make a solicitation to anyone I speak to. I just wanted an opinion from an objective source.

I have mystical powers, and my answer to your question is: Yes, but only on Tuesdays when it's raining.

btw, here are some numbers:

The number of times I've been contacted by someone wanting to sell me case leads: 345,856
The number of times I declined the offer: 345,856
The number of times I've been annoyed by being contacted: 345,856
The amount of money I've paid such annoying people: $0.00
I'm not selling leads. There's really not a viable way to do that for attorneys. I'm not trying to sell anyone here anything.

Jon's objective response gets a rating of:

plus the half eaten from my first post for a 4.5 out of 5.
I know what you are trying to do, Texas is an interesting market. I practiced in CA for 22 years and tried marketing a practice application-lead gen type of product and no go. Of course the all time lead-gen success is Jacoby & Myers. If want to discuss further, let me know.
