Visiting Merdian In July......I could use your advice!!

I will be visiting Merdian July 16th - 20th and I can use some helpful tips in regards to locations like, good hotels, bad areas, and maybe a nice bar or lounge I can visit while I'm there!

I have passed through Meridian before but I never actually stopped and tested the waters, Im hoping you guys show me a good time
