Headache Question

Recently I've been getting massive intense headaches when building up to and achieving orgasm. Anybody else ever have this issue? I swear it feels like I'm about to pass out. Had to cancel an appointment with a visiting provider that I've been wanting to see forever. Don't want to pass out on her.

Damn, that sucks! Is it ONLY when you're about to cum? That seems odd. Maybe more mental than physical.

It's best to talk to your doctor to rule out any health problems that can be associated with headache/orgasm. Most likely your okay, but it could be something serious.

Had you taken an E.D. helper? I had that problem with Levitra... Bad Ass Headache every time I tried it.
No, no ED problems. Only thing I've done differently in the past couple of weeks was see a chiropractor but I don't see how that would affect orgasms

Lol! No!

That's why my chiropractor is an attractive woman. She can yank my crank anytime!

Don't have a clue what could be happening with the headaches man. Could be something sinus or even blood pressure related. Or you could have somehow permanently tapped into a super intense orgasm...

Best thing is to ask a Dr.
Headache during coitus may be classified as one of three types, depending on onset.

Early coital cephalgia, which is usually moderate and of short duration.
Orgasmic coital cephalgia, which is abrupt, severe, and lasts 15 to 20 minutes.
Late coital cephalgia, which is of long duration (hours to days) and which occurs after orgasmic coital cephalgia.
From your description it would appear that you possibly suffer from types two and three.

Prognosis is generally good. High blood pressure, pre-existing migraine and psychological factors are all significant in the evolution of coital cephalgia.

Coital headaches require additional investigation to exclude associated problems and I advise that you attend your doctor to discuss matters further.

Treatment with propranolol hydrochloride is often most successful in the management of coital cephalgia because the drug may alleviate the hypertension that can accompany this type of headache.

In a study of various types of headache, it was noted that propranolol and indomethacin were the treatments of choice in management of coital headache.
I had the same problem a few years back. Right before the big blow my head would start pounding. Not like regular headache, but like someone hit me in the back of my head with a hammer. This went on for a month or so and after sex it would get unbearably bad. I found that if I took bottom and didn't have to "work" so hard the headaches were not as bad. After about 6 months they went away. It really sucked, so I feel your pain... Literally!!! Hang in there and hopefully they will pass.
Yeah dude! That's exactly how it feels!
