reviews not appearing on a provider's profile page

I've noticed that sometimes one of my reviews of a provider may not show up on her list of reviews when you view her profile page. The person that reviewed her right before and right after me is listed, but not mine. Not a huge deal, but I'd like to think that if I took the time to do a nice review for a lady that she would get the benefit of it being listed on her review list. Any idea what may be going on with this issue?

It's possible that the Review was assigned to a similarly named Provider in error.

Reviews are assigned by the Mods to the Provider's Profile.

Provider's assign them to their showcase page.
