Shouldn't this all be legal?

How can a community make the Hobby an acceptable part of the business world? Would it have to start at a city level and grow from there or is this more of a State jurisdiction? Isn't, the government trying to tell someone how to have sexual relations, an infringement on their civil liberties? I understand the aspect of a local or state government wanting to regulate and tax the industry but the whole bible beating blue laws of yesterday are tired and discriminating. Would this even be a good idea? Would the provider suffer or benefit from having to comply with regulations and taxation? Yes, human trafficking is bad and pedophilia is bad, but using ECCIE as an example, I think we can come together and be good horny members of society without placing our children or others in danger. What's your thoughts?

Kinda like gay marriage, right? When someone can impose a punishment on you for striking a mutually beneficial deal for sexual actions and both are consenting adults, it feels like an infringement on the civil rights of a person. What the hell is marriage anyway besides a long drawn out contract of implied sex that slowly diminishes. There's lots of money involved in that situation. The crime should be paying for sex and not getting it!
