Ladies who want to be on ECCIE and get Verified Provider status should familiarize themselves with the rules before typing ANYTHING to avoid such pitfalls.
I perused the review in question and didn't see a problem, but of course, I can't read ROS. The fellow gave the lass a "Yes," but by commenting on it, she drew attention to something BCD (huge no-no), prompting the author to make a subsequent post which made things worse as it could be taken negatively, so now prospective clients may be hesitant to call her.
Contrary to popular belief, there are a lot of lurkers and fellows with basic memberships who don't have premium access to the non-public details of reviews (I visit with such gents all the time), and they would have taken the report on positive face value.
Another case where the "rebuttal" has done a lady more harm than good.
