Sounds like you want to make it special for the occasion. I'd say for 49 see someone new that you have been keeping an eye on. That could open up more doors for your 50th.

As for number 50, do whatever it is that you enjoy most with someone you click with. Previous posts got it right in lunch or dinner date, drinks etc. Add some uniqueness to the playtime with some bdsm or whatever other creative niche you like. Doubles are always popular.
