What's the referral thing?

I've been looking all over the site and can't figure it out. In everyone's profile (provider and client) there's a ppart on the bottom of the statistics tab that says referral, how does that work?

You can send out a referral in your User CP. Send it to whatever email address. If that person clicks on the link in that email to register with the site, you get a referral. The guys don't get anything special for referrals.

Now the ladies referrals are a little different. New providers can receive banner advertising credits under certain circumstances as outlined in the welcome letter sent to them once their account has been upgraded to Verified Provider status.

Ah ok so it's not like a provider/ client referral thing gotcha. Thanks
