Doctor suggestion

So I'm coming into some money soon and I'm going to get somethings done, but I would like to stay in Iowa just because of everything I'm wanting to get done I don't think I'll be Mobil for a while and def not gonna wanna travel any where, so I think home area, Iowa area is best.

I am wanting a cosmetic surgeon, one that's good, and not looking to get rich Lol. I'm getting lipo in arms and stomach, tummy tuck, and thinking about boobs or a lift or something.

If you know of any, friends or family that has good things to say, or if you have had any work done your self that you were happy with pls send me info....
