What a conundrum..

So when you use a prop in a picture, how much thought goes into determining whether it is sexy?

Do you ask for second opinions before posting pics in ads or showcases or is just a random spur of the moment act?

Me personally I've never really said look at that chick playing in the kiddie pool or making that cooler look so steamy! I don't even think a Yeti 110 could've helped that one to be completely honest, but it did make me wonder what the thought process is. Is it done more comedic or is it truly an attempt at sexiness

As a part time photographer who likes taking erotic sexy photos i think the use of props can be very sexy. Including an ice chest. But the vision and a perspective on what is truly sexy needs to be observed. And the attire needs to be sexy as well. But a girl in unflattering clothes may not seem sexy at an ice chest. But some daisey dukes and a sexy top showing the chest off while she is bending over all wet grabbing a cold beer would make me think damn she is sexy and im thirsty for a cold beer. Lol

I agree with hotness.... it's all about how it's used... Most of us I would assume are not professional. But that's why we (sometimes) hire professional photographers to help.

Yes, definitely how the item is being used. Hamburgers are not what you would describe as sexy.

I very rarely make comments on threads, but one can only assume this thread was written specifically with me in mind.

What is considered "sexy" differs for each individual person. Yes, there is a typical standard of "sexy" I could adhere to - but that just isn't my personality. I've taken many photo shoots in lingerie or "sexier clothing" standing in my bedroom or posing on my bed or in my play room. If you take a look at my showcase, you will notice my pictures fit the bill for this generalization of "sexy." After a while, however, this gets quite boring. I enjoy having photos shoots, and as much as their purpose suits my needs for this site, they also allow me to express myself personally and have fun - in ways that make me happy and excite me. I like to mix things up and create an affect. Some people will like it; others won't - but when it comes right down to it - I made an impression - one way or the other. Just as some people prefer merlot over chardonnay, some people prefer every day jeans and a regular throw-around shirt to thigh highs and lace, or the typical short shorts and shirt that would be expected with a cooler. The gentlemen who spend time with me are quite fond of the uniqueness of my ads and pictures; enjoying the intrigue and diversity they feel I offer. And for the purposes of my business - if they're happy - I'm happy.

I'm a very unique, distinct individual, and have never been one to shy from standing out. The way I represent myself in my ads is exactly the same personality you get when you meet me in person. My ads are not only to entice new business, but also to remind my past friends of what a goofball I am, and of how much fun we have together. I enjoy showing my playfulness and embracing my zest for life; not taking myself too seriously. Could I make my ads sexier in the "standard" way, using typical poses and more cliche shoot ideas? Sure I could. Will I throw in some "typical" photo shoots along with my random Saturday or Sunday adventures? Of course I will.

But I will also continue to be myself and have fun with the hobby in my own unique and original way. And to me - having fun sometimes involves propping myself up on a cooler in my "mom clothes" after picking up toys around the backyard, and letting my fingers wander while my neighbors - quite literally - are outside weeding....

I need to move into MilkMaids neighborhood. All my neighbors i would hope keep their clothes on. Lol

If you think of the dozens of ads that are posted here weekly, hers certainly stood out enough to generate a threAD. It also allowed her the opportunity to post here, express a bit about herself (eloquently, if I may add) and, even if you did not find her ad to be of your liking, several will now look at her showcase, read her reviews, and possibly book an appt. That's a win.

Her ad has so many key elements of an effective ad. Just thinking of a few:

1. It tells a story, doesn't just convey information
2. It invites you to take action
3. It plays on emotions (even if it may be surprise, etc)
4. It shows, doesn't just tell
5. It directly speaks to her target audience

Another thing to think about... If you look at MM's weekly ads and compare the amount of thought she puts into them with the hundreds of ads posted on the site weekly, it is safe to assume she takes her business seriously. It is easy to get caught up into trying to outdo oneself, but for the client, it only means you will probably encounter someone who is serious about the whole spectrum of her relationship with him.

The one thing I may add is, the element of shock wears off. If every week you try to shock, you will not only be expected to do so week after week, but at a higher intensity, and it would be exhausting to try it for a prolonged amount of time.

If I use live puppies in my pics - sexy. Dead puppies - not so sexy.

But, doesn't Ron Jeremy say "dead puppies" over and over while having sex?

I love seeing TnA pics of ECCIE providers ...period... It's all good to me. The cooler thing did give me a moment of pause and made me think for a moment but I was like ....meh (copy right VS) what ever. I am looking at titties, not the cooler.

Some pics are better wank material than others but I view and enjoy all comers. Love it when providers post current pics and I am not really hung up on the theme. With her posting current pics often, no doubt what you are in for and no surprises.

My only regret after checking the pics is I can't afford her rates ****** sigh ******* so I could work something out with her, that cooler and some ice.
