I totally feel bad for the people visiting from non border cities (the ones who are totally clueless about what is going on). They probably don't know they just may not make it back!

After thinking about this, I'm going to revise my suggestion regarding taking the raincoat, to be to take your own body-bag instead. It would serve two purposes. The first being full body protection against unknown diseases and fleas, and the other for shipment back to the relatives in the U.S.
