Noooooooooooooo! Should be done by tomorrow anyways. Now what time tomorrow, that's a different story.
I once spent 12 weeks (2 days each week) serving on a Grand Jury.
Is this a criminal or a civil case?

I spent 12 weeks on a Grand Jury once. We did over 1000 cases. It was one of the most interesting and enlightening experiences of my life.

All Grand Juries are criminal. In Texas all felony charges must go through a Grand Jury..

I spent two weeks on a civil jury in NYC years ago. They paid like a buck a day for my time, but at least I still have the "Jury Duty" button.
I was cleaning out a box of papers last month and found a jury check i never cashed.

Edit: from 2011

Over the last half century I've marched my dumbass down to the courthouse no fewer than 3 dozen times and wasted no less than 288 hours answering jury call and never once made it past voir dire...

I mentioned this to a judge I know and he chuckled and told me I was obviously an unsatisfactory juror. I thanked him for the compliment.

I spent four days on a lawsuit trial. It was settled out of court. This case was a work place accident, all of this was in the early 1980s.
