ALTHOUGH during Comicon(sp?) 2 yrs ago I saw a tall thin drink of water with 6" high heels (black) - Duct Tape over her tities (one 3-in strip) and the Police "do not cross" stripe (perhaps wrapped twice around) over her pussy/ass, and Bright Pink hair. Had a 6'5" body guard with her. Strangest thing I've seen downtown; surprised Police let that go (with how much they DO NOT let hookers around the Commerce/Market street area)...

Perhaps around Halloween time it would be easier to pass in SA. I sure don't mind the eye candy
