Ashley Madison hack

I wonder if the hacking group truly comprehends what they have done. They set out to expose cheaters but in the end destroyed 10's of 1000's of families and several thousand people will be arrested and EXECUTED. That's right kids, in several countries (mainly arab and muslim) infidelity and homosexuality are punishable by death.

Does make me a little nervous having been a member here and on p411 Who's next in their self righteous crusade?

I can relate to how you feel ,as to being a member of any group. I got my eyes on a copy of the Louisiana Ashley Madison list but now I cant get back to it without logging into a google. I recognized several names from several small towns. This scandal is a divorce attorneys dream come true.

I totally agree Kiki. Unfortunately, some people don't think like that. Don't mix your personal cell/email with your hobby. Some people have burner phones and the same should go for emails...burner email addresses lol

From my understanding the list just pops up different places then disappears. I found this one on FB a friend shared it. I was looking at it on my phone but was having problems. I tried to go back hours later and look from a better internet connection. When I got back to it ,somebody had done damage control and locked it. A google log in was now needed. It was also removed from my friends feed. So this is how its set up. I saw a log sheet with names, emails, how much they spent , where they were from and zip codes. Names are random in the list but the area is in alphabetical order. I saw at least 2300 names on the list. I recognized several names from my area and I'm redneck. I've also seen where friends where chatting about the people they know from Blanchard and surrounding areas. I also understand there are some VIP names on the list as well.

The sad part of all this AM is a scam to get money out of horny guys. Imagine that...

I was very concerned at first because I misunderstood and thought that the Dollie Madison web site had been hacked.

Emails are easy to get, so there's no excuse. I did see a few 'real' names such as PrePaid, which was smart. There is an extra layer of security in pre-paid, disposable cards. But if you used a personal credit card, the name and address usually have to match the billing info on the card.

The whole thing sucks. While I wasn't a member of the site, I feel for the people who's info was exposed. I saw three names I recognized from my area. One is a prominent local orthodontist and will undoubtedly lead to divorce. The other two people were single, but still have to deal with the embarrassment of the whole mess.

On an unrelated note, I love your signature drinkindreamin. None of my friends have ever heard of the Casey Donahew Band, but all of them love that song as soon as they hear it!
