Provider of the Day?

I'm curious to know: what are the criteria by which you select the "Provider of the Day?" Today (August 26), for example, the Provider of the Day is this person, whose most recent ECCIE activity was two weeks ago, who does not have a showcase, and who has posted a couple of dozen times, total.
