Verified still can't post

Ok so I got an email from eccie this morning stating that I was now verified. Tried to post in provider ads and it's still saying that I do not have access. It's been almost a month trying to get verified and once I do I still can't post. By the time I get verified I won't be in Upstate NY anymore
