The dreaded, unwanted call back.

OK, there are times when I want to try to set something up with a provider and I will get a few minutes to myself to make a call. There are a lot of times when they do not answer so I leave a message stating that I am interested in meeting (nothing graphic or relating to the hobby) and either say it is OK to call back soon or at a particular time or PLEASE DO NOT CALL BACK. It seems that some of the providers don't bother to check the message and just call back from their caller ID. This can be quite problematic if enough time has passed and I am now somewhere that I cannot take a call like this. Would the ladies please check their messages before calling back. I'm sure other guys would appreciate this as well.
By the way, it seems I have weathered the shit storm caused by my inadvertent phone call to the SO that I didn't know about. Thank goodness for that. But as you can imagine, an unwanted call like I am talking about here would probably do me in for good.
you need a dedicated phone just for hobby.
never mix regular phone with hobby.
you are just asking for it on so many levels

Many a man has gotten in trouble mixing business with pleasure... on HIS main phone!!

Smooch!

If I have an unanswered call, I will wait until business hours and send a generic text using the name Nic, which easily could be a typo for Nick. I have never gotten an angry call back, in fact the gents were thankful for it being so generic.

ditto with above...I usually call back immediately as soon as i miss the call .......or unless you tell me to "call back at certain time"...I will just wait for you to recall or email
I always put my phone on vibe when waiting foor a callback.

If I do call back later, I will leave a vague message like
HI..."Someone called me??" Please call me back...

That way it can be blown off as a wtf? wrong number! by a guy.
