What are they? How do I claim them?

Discplinary points may be issued in the case of guideline violations. Accumulate enough points and your account will be suspended for noncompliance with the guidelines.

Not too mention, you can accumulate 24 points before getting BANNED at 25. Points also expire at a given time.
