vp...changing cell numbers

So its already weird enough my mother found my eccie profile today;/ trying to learn the internet and googling things online she didn't need to be! Lol. Secrets out and shes shocked..ive already changed my cell number and updated it on my showcase..question is ..now my number is changed why is my eccie profile still.searchable on google if put in my previous cell number?
