were can i post my Provider ads

im not new to eccie i just dont know how to use it well and i keep getting infractions and i jus need to know were can i post a provider ad at everyday or waht do i do?

The advertising rules were included in your letter when you received VP status.

Welcome and Introductions is not for VP ads.
One ad per 7 day period in an ad forum.
Weekend ads posting hours are given in the post.
You may post in a city only for the time that you will be available in that city.
You may post in up to 5 cities, if you are available there.
