Received a call just a little while ago from a 404 area code, the gentleman wants to see me. Since he has an out of state area code, I asked what city he was visiting.

He says, "Louisiana".

Priceless!

Haha that's classic! Guess he didn't pay attention in history class or dropped out in elementary!

Just before I first moved to New Orleans, close to 30 years ago, I was sitting in an airport bar next to a stacked, fit looking blonde (yes this also serves as a dumb blonde comment). We got to talking and she asked where I was going? Back to Boston, that I just left New Orleans. Where is New Orleans? Shocked, I said in louisiana. Where is Louisiana? Floored, I said at the end of the Mississippi River where it meets the Gulf of Mexico? Where is the Gulf of Mexico? At that point I asked her what she did for a living? She was an aerobics instructor coming from a convention. Enough said. Perhaps the dumbest blonde I ever met.
