Sure I read it. It was just an observation that that seems strange and also a legit question. The guideline says "at any time ...for any reason". Thus that is basically the same as saying for no reason since "any reason" could include -- "because I want it so" or even "I want my account closed because The white rhino is nearly extinct". That would qualify as any reason. Seems silly. The desire to have it closed seems reason enough.
